Headboard: E1 grade plywood. High quality fabric with high density foam. 0.6mm ebony wood veneer. Environment friendly painting.

Bed base: Malaysia imported solid rubber wood, with water rate between 7% to 12%. High quality PU leather upholstery E1 grade plywood. Environment friendly painting.

Mattress: 30 degree middle-soft foam; 2.0 line pocket spring, poly fabric.

Bedside table: E1 grade plywood with 0.6mm oak wood veneer. Environment friendly painting.

TV cabinet:  E1 grade plywood with 0.6mm oak wood veneer, Environment friendly painting.

Writing table & side cabinet:  E1 grade plywood with 0.6mm oak wood veneer, maylaysia imported solid rubber wood for legs. Environment friendly painting.

Writing chair: metal base,  plywood inside, fabric or PU leather with foam.

Luggage rack: silver color 201 stainless steel frame, E1 grade plywood with PU leather upholstery with foam. E1 plywoood with 0.6mm ebony wood veneer on top. Environment friendly painting.

Coffee table: plywood with ebony wood veneer.

Leisure sofa: Malaysia imported solid rubber wood, with water rate between 7% to 12% for the sofa frame, high quality fabric or PU leather upholstery by high density foam. Really high quality for 5 star hotel furniture set standard.

Wardrobe: E1 grade plywood with ebony wood veneer.

Remark:

*All the solid wood type can be change to ash wood, beech wood, birch wood, all kind of 5 star hotel furniture standard material.

When change to solid birch wood, price keep the same.

When change to solid ash or beech wood, price should be confirm one more time.

* All the wood veneer can be change to other type.

When change to walnut, red cherry, ebony, price keep the same. don't need add price.

When change to other type of wood veneer except the above mentioned, price should be negociate again.

*All the fabric or leather can be change to same rate quality but in different. Price keep the same.

Fabric / Leather / Foam are not fire retardant standard, if need fire retardant, should negociate price again. UK / US / Euro fire retardant standard are difer from price.

*All the stainless steel color can be change. The price is base on rose golden color in mirrored finished. 

Black, grey, golden are also available, price should be negociate again.

The stainless steel finished can not change to brushed finish also, price different.

*All the marble type can be choose when price are lower than USD60/SQM.

When using the marble type higher than this price rate, should add the price gap.

2.Sponge on 4 edge to protect the hotel furniture.

3.Crystal paper protect on wood veneer surface.

4.Sofa in woven packing inside.

5.Glass / mirror/ marble in wood pallet packing.

 1. What is the price terms?

All the price shows are based on FOB Guangzhou China. If you need CIF service,tell us the destination port, then we can check the shipping cost and final confirm the freight charge.

2. Can I customized furniture?

Yes. Please see the below procedure of customized hotel furniture.

3. Are you factory?

Yes. We are factory. When you come to China, you can come to visit us. Or if you need, you can add our what'sapp , then we can take video and send you.

4.Do you have showroom?

Yes. We have showroom in the furniture market. With many sample hotel room furniture on display.  The product picture are taken from our showroom.

5. Can I check the product before shipping?

Yes. You can come to check it by yourself or ask an agent to do that service for you also.

6. Can you pick me when I come to visit your hotel furniture factory?

OK. That is no problem. Tell me one days advanced, then i can arrange car to pick you up at your hotel.

7. What is your hotel furniture business payment terms?

We need 40% as deposit before production. And balance before shipment.
