1.Compared the cost, quality and stability of the solid wood from American red oak, white oak, Russia ash, China birch wood, Africa rose. We finally use the solid birch wood for the furniture inner and outer frame. And the timber wood water rate we control it below 12%..
2.Grey oak color wood veneer for the surface, thickness is 0.6mm, with E1 grade plywood imported from Russia for the base. Or change to E1 grade MDF with 0.45mm engineer golden shadow wood veneer finished.
3.All the upholstery furniture are fabric or leather or PVC cover outside, inside foam density according to customer requirement to make it soft or hard. The fabric and foam can be fire proof in different country standard. US fire proof standard is required a lot.
4.White artificial marble, many type for choice, for the wardrobe minibar top. The artificial thickness is 16mm, can be change to natural marble type in thickness 18mm, such as heijinghua marble, shenfeiwang marble, jueshibai marble and so on.
5.No dust painting house, shining / high glossy / piano painting finish in top quality, red cherry color. Painting in 5 layer bottom paint and 3 layer paint on top.
6.Quality control: Quality control process go over through the whole production line, any mistake were not allowed ,making the most qualified product for customer.
