My 9000 resides in a Antec 300 case. Front and back are 120mm fans, top a 140mm. Included with the case. The 92mm rear fan does not do the job in the stock case. Save the front 120mm located in front of the hard drive as a spare. You will need the hardware included (screws & stands) with a new case, Dells stuff is not transferable. The power source is not going to fit and is not standard ATX. It is a fire hazard also. Try to find and purchase a bottom mount PSU case as it will run cooler also. Will a small micro-atx case be able to keep an i7 and 2 GTX cards cool?

The case is too small anyway, you are going to have to invest in a larger case. You are putting GTX 670's in there, they take up 2 expension slots in the PCI area and you will be using a Micro ATX board because a real motherboard would not fit in the small case. Your motherboard wont support SLI and even 1 GTX 670 wont fit in the small case, the end of the GPU PCB will hit the hard drive bay.

How to Convert Computer ATX Power Supply into Communication 13.8V Power Supply
My friend gave me an icomic-78 single sideband radio that was removed from a scrapped old ship, but it didn't supply power. I learned on the Internet that the supporting 13.8V power supply costs hundreds of yuan. I decided to refit a 12V switching power supply of ATX computer for DIY. Similarly, I searched and browsed the specific transformation methods on the Internet. The first is to use TL494 integrated circuit as the main chip of switching power supply pulse width modulation, and the second is to use at2005b integrated circuit as the main chip of switching power supply. It is compatible with the first integrated circuit LM339N and has all the functions of comparator. I choose the second generation of freedom warrior III old power supply, with a rated output power of 300W. The second pin of the at2005b integrated block is the sampling end of the output voltage of the switching power supply. After disassembling the circuit board, I see that this pin has a total of three resistors connected to the ground, namely R1 / 4.7K Ω, R2 / 62.5k Ω and R3 / 220K Ω (self compiled). The total resistance value after parallel connection is 4.3K Ω (see Figure 1). I try to connect the resistors of different specifications in parallel to slowly reduce the total resistance value, The output voltage increases gradually. After repeated and careful tests, two 10K Ω resistors are finally connected in series and then connected in parallel (R4 and R5), so that the total grounding resistance is 2.25k Ω, and the sampling voltage of pin 2 drops below the original 12V balance point. In this way, the switch will output a higher voltage than before, make it reach the ideal 13.8V, and finally stabilize.matters needing attention:1. There are high voltages in many places inside the switching power supply. Be careful when opening the power on operation! The best test is to weld two wires on the output end of the circuit, clamp them on the multimeter probe with a fish clip, and do a good job of insulation. During welding, the power supply must be disconnected to ensure the safety of operation.2. When the disassembled switching power supply circuit board is separated from the fan, the circuit board cannot get heat dissipation, and the bare metal board cannot work for a long time after power on. At this time, the power supply has no voltage output. It is necessary to turn back the resistance, short circuit the starting line (green line and black line) again after power failure, and keep the short circuit state to make the switching power supply work again.4. The first filter capacitor with the original output of 12V is 2500uf / 16V. It needs to be replaced with a withstand voltage of 25V. The 16V capacitor works at the voltage of 13.8V after commissioning, which is close to the zero boundary state of capacitor withstand voltage. It is easy to burst and breakdown. It can be used safely after replacement.5. Finally, one black wire and green wire will be reserved as the switch to connect the power on, and then all other black, yellow and red wires will be removed (too thin), and two thicker multi strand wires (4mm) will be connected to the original yellow wire and black wire pad ² As the power cord of the host and antenna respectively. During wiring, the pad shall be cleaned to expose the wire hole. After separating the multi strand wires, they can be inserted into the wire hole and tightened (see Fig. 2). In this way, the welding is beautiful and reliable.
